REFUND POLICY For Private Party

For a private children's paint party we require a minimum of 14 people so if the total number of people that end up painting is lower than 14 painters, your party will be responsible for the remainder number of the seats that will total 14. There will be no refunds if 14 people do not show up to paint. Full payment for all 14 seats must be made by Saturday June 24th. If you need to cancel the party due to any reason, there must be a 7 Day Cancellation to receive a full refund. Deposit is non refundable if the party is cancelled in less then 7 days prior  to set party date and time that was already established by the customer. A cancellation email has to be sent to twpaintingwithfriends@gmail.com to prove date and time of the cancellation.

If the party has to be cancelled within the 7 days leading to the set party date and time, the full deposit will be moved to another date and time. New date and time has to be discussed and agreed upon with TW Painting With Friends (TechWorld, LLC) to make sure that we have the availability for the new date and time that the party is looking to book.

You are not allowed to change the party hours the day of the party. If the time needs to be changed, this has to be discussed at least 48 hours prior to set party date and time. There will only be a time change if we have the availability. If your party is running late and you have to push the time we charge $75 for every extra hour.
